PAL Technical Services is seeking a Quality
Coordinator to join our team in St. John's, NL.
Responsible for the effective coordination and administration of the quality and safety management systems within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination and administration of the quality and safety management system.Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on activities, documents, and records in support of the management systems and organization performance.Work with report owners to update and maintain the quality and safety management system daily.Assist with risk analysis, root cause analysis and development and implementation of corrective action for process-related concerns.Conduct audits, creating audit finding reports, and administering reporting system for proper corrective and preventative actions.Validate reports to ensure effective implementation required information and corrective actions.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent administrative skills.Demonstrate efficiency in applying defined procedures.Reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and effective time management skills.The ability to work independently and contribute to a diverse team.What we Offer:
