We are seeking a Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist committed to excellence at AGAT Laboratories.

Your role will involve implementing and overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS), requiring strong attention to detail and adherence to ISO standards and internal policies. You will work under pressure while collaborating with the team and managing multiple QA tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to AGAT policies and quality procedures

• Lead training sessions and conduct audits

• Report on QA/QC metrics to management

• Investigate and report on internal corrective actions

• Manage technical method development and validation

Requirements:

• BSc or equivalent experience in a science field

• Minimum 2 years in laboratory settings

• 1-3 years of Quality Assurance experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in analytical documentation
