Become a key player as a Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist at AGAT Laboratories in St. John’s. Ensure top-notch quality standards through compliance and effective quality management.
In this role, you will oversee the implementation of quality assurance measures, ensuring that all laboratory procedures meet AGAT's rigorous standards. You will conduct internal audits, participate in external assessments, and provide training to enhance staff knowledge of QMS practices. Your insights into client complaints and corrective actions will also play an essential role in upholding our reputation for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with AGAT Quality Assurance procedures
• Lead implementation of the Quality Management System
• Conduct internal and external audit preparations
• Maintain and update quality control documentation
• Support client investigations and corrective action reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years laboratory experience required
• 1-3 years in Quality Assurance roles
• Technical diploma or higher education in science
• Background in Microbiology or related fields
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
