Cahill Fabrication is looking for a dedicated Quality Administrator to enhance quality control at our fabrication facility. This role involves organizing quality management documentation, assisting in turnover package preparations, and tracking critical project records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize quality management system documentation
• Track and organize Material Test Reports and project records
• Compile customer turnover packages and final project documentation
• Coordinate and file inspection test records accurately
• Review incoming documentation for completeness and accuracy
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Experience in Quality, QA/QC, or document control preferred
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage high volumes of documentation effectively
