Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist

AGAT Laboratories seeks a Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure quality metrics are met across the laboratory or region. The position follows established policies, procedures, and ISO standards while maintaining accuracy, timely completion, and detailed work. Responsibilities include reports, audits, training, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and oversee the Quality Management System
Report QA/QC metrics to management teams
Perform internal audits and support external assessments
Provide staff training and professional development
Investigate complaints and internal corrective actions
Requirements:
Science Technical Diploma, BSc, or equivalent experience
Minimum two years of laboratory experience
One to three years of quality assurance experience
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and international standards
Microsoft Office, LIMS, and Excel proficiency
