Location: Mount PearlSALES ASSOCIATE
Northern Reflections is looking for a Sales Associate to join our store team. The Sales Associate is accountable for achieving daily personal sales results and customer service standards while following our Fundamental Selling Skills program and meeting key performance indicators. They will also assist the Store Management Team in maintaining all operations of the store.
Job Duties:
Meet or exceeds daily personal sales goals and key performance (KPIs) indicatorsUses Fundamental Selling Skills to provide an outstanding customer experienceDelivers Customer Service standards ensuring an excellent customer experience is provided at all timesPromotes Campaign GoalsSells Northern as a brand by using all product knowledge and the Northern nameProcesses Customer purchases quickly and accurately at cash registerDemonstrates open, respectful and courteous communicationPerforms other duties as assignedFollows Company directives and initiatives and works in a safe and secure mannerAssists in store visual layouts and maintains visual standardsAssists in preparation of productPerforms various tasks to ensure a neat, clean and well-presented storeRequirements:
Retail Sales/Customer Service experience in a specialty store, preferably apparelProven ability to attain or exceed sales goals (KPIs)Passionate about fashion and proven ability to build outfits for customersDemonstrates initiative and works well with a productive teamFlexible; able to work flexible hours to match business needs including evenings and weekendsAbility to adapt to the needs of the customer and store teamBuilds relationships, trust and loyaltyStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently with confidence
