Location: Mount PearlStore Team Leader
Northern Reflections is looking for a Store Team Leader to join our store team. The Store Team Leader assists Store Management with opening and closing of the store; leads the store team to achieve store sales budget while ensuring an excellent customer experience is provided at all times. They are fully responsible for all aspects of the store during their days in charge which includes accountability for both personal and store productivity results.
The Store Team Leader will also assist store management with team leadership, recruitment and coaching.
Job Duties
Assist the Store Management Team in delivering Company objectives and initiativesMeet or exceeds both personal and store sales budgets, daily, weekly and year to dateAchieve key personal/store performance indicatorsDemonstrates and coaches to ensure all Associates use Fundamental Selling SkillsEnsures that the highest level of customer service is provided in the store by acting as a role modelPromotes the Campaign GoalsSells Northern as a brand by using all product knowledge and the Northern name.Process Customer purchases quickly and accurately at cash registerEffectively coaches and provides feedback to all Store Associates on personal productivity measuresAssists in managing contests, in-store promotions and outreach eventsAssist the Store Management team in recruitment of Sales AssociatesLeads Sales Associates to achieve sales budgets through positive motivationPlans and implements visual directions and layoutsEnsures that store is neat, clean and well-presentedMaintains visual presentation standards as per visual guidelinesPrepares the store schedule, as requiredPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements
1-2 years retail/customer service experience in a specialty store, preferably apparel with some exposure to team leadershipProven ability to attain or exceed sales goals (KPIs)Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to reach its sales goalsPassionate about fashion and proven ability to build outfits for customersDemonstrates initiative and works well with a productive teamProven ability to inspire, coach and motivate a team to reach its sales goalsFlexible; able to work flexible hours to match business needs including evenings and weekendsAbility to adapt to the needs of the customer and store teamBuilds relationships, trust and loyaltyStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently with confidence
