Responsibilities
  • Process and manage customer orders through the company's system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from entry to fulfillment.
  • Verify order details, including pricing, product codes, and shipping information, resolving any discrepancies before processing.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance) to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution.
  • Communicate order status and updates to customers via phone or email, addressing inquiries or issues related to orders, shipping, and delivery.
  • Manage backorders and communicate estimated delivery dates to customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update customer and order records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–6 years of experience in order management, customer service, sales support, or a related administrative role.
  • Proven experience working with a major ERP (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) or CRM system is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing data.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external correspondence.
  • Problem‑solving abilities to quickly and effectively resolve order‑related issues.
