Location: Mount Pearl
Excel in a temporary Account Coordinator role with Caudalie from July 2026 until January 2027. Your mission is to enhance retail sales through training and relationship building.
As an Account Coordinator, you'll spend your time in the field, directly engaging with various retailers. Responsibilities include motivating sales associates, executing strategies for achieving sales goals, and managing in-store events for the Caudalie brand. Your leadership will create an open environment that fosters collaboration and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales goals with effective execution strategies
• Motivate and train store associates through product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships
• Plan and manage store visits for optimal service
• Evaluate sales performance and adjust action plans accordingly
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Retail cosmetic sales experience preferred
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds on a daily basis
• Strong communication and customer service skills
