In this supervisory position, you will oversee daily operations, assist in managing inventory, and promote product launches while ensuring staff deliver exceptional service. Compliance with Alberta liquor laws through  is crucial. With at least one year of retail supervisory experience, a valid Pro Serve Certification (or the willingness to acquire one), and a proactive service attitude, you will drive the team toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to ensure excellent service and flow

• Verify IDs in accordance with liquor regulations

• Maintain a clean and organized environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail

• Valid Pro Serve Certification or ability to obtain

• Capable of lifting 40 lbs during shifts

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced setting
