What you will do

Prepare money for different departments at the start of each day

Count the cash room safe by hand or machine, cross‑reference against the safe’s log, count out money for the day and log where and to whom money is distributed

Handle money order and petty cash requests as requested

Collect money and sales receipts from cashiers and managers at the end of shifts

Count all monies, compare and verify totals against receipts or other documentation (e.g., petty cash, discounts)

Identify any discrepancies or questionable transactions

Prepare the money for bank deposit

Execute cash administration of tips, cash sheets, deposit summaries, audit or discrepancy reports and purchase‑related documentation such as supply orders

Be cross‑trained in certain areas of the operations to support the operation floor during busy times

Perform additional job duties as requested

Work independently and as part of a team

Maintain high motivation, professionalism, and energy

Apply excellent time‑management skills

Requirements

Experience with cash administration is an asset

Highly motivated, organized and reliable

Strong problem‑solving skills

Positive, professional, personable and adaptable

Willing and able to support operations on the guest floor as required

Attend periodic training seminars

Work Conditions

Maintain accuracy of counts in a fast‑paced environment

Lift and manipulate objects up to 80 lbs for 50 feet

Adhere to all cash compliance and loss‑prevention requirements
