Our client, a thriving Canadian discount retail organization, is seeking motivated Retail Assistant Managers and Supervisors to support continued growth across multiple locations. This is a hands-on, physically active leadership role with a strong focus on merchandising and inventory replenishment.

Responsibilities   Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on merchandising standards.
Oversee inventory replenishment and stock flow in a high-volume environment.
Support and motivate retail team members to achieve performance goals.
Organize daily priorities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Maintain a safe, organized and customer-ready retail environment.
Qualifications   Bring a minimum of 5 years’ retail experience including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Demonstrate strong merchandising and inventory management expertise.
Show flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required.
Perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout shifts.
Communicate effectively and lead teams with confidence and professionalism.
