As a Meat Department Supervisor, you will provide professional customer service and oversee personnel in the absence of the Manager. This position requires a proactive approach to managing daily operations, ensuring staff development, and fulfilling customer meat orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service to meet specific needs
• Supervise meat personnel during Manager's absence
• Complete and receive customer meat orders
• Implement and maintain sanitation standards
• Administer daily meat department operations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is required
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in relevant roles
