Key Responsibilities:
• Support store profitability and sales goals
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team
• Monitor daily sales trends for real-time adjustments
• Lead merchandising efforts to meet brand standards
• Communicate priority issues and resolutions to management
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of retail experience required
• High school degree or equivalent
• Proficient in local language; basic English preferred
• Available to work full-time, including holidays
• Ability to lift and move 25 lbs items as needed
