Walmart in Mount Pearl, NL is looking for an Overnight Retail Associate to support nightly operations and customer service. You'll manage inventory unloading and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
As an Overnight Associate, you’ll focus on merchandising, unloading, and prepping the sales floor for store opening. Teamwork is essential as you handle various operational tasks while upholding safety standards.
Your role includes assisting customers as needed, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare the sales floor for opening each night
• Merchandise and label displays for visibility
• Complete live unloading of merchandise safely
• Pull pallets to the sales floor for processing
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Robust adherence to safety policies
• Team-oriented approach to duties
• Basic customer service skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts
