Michaels is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee its St. John's store. You will lead the execution of store workload and ensure compliance with SOPs while monitoring team performance. Your retail management experience will be integral to enhancing inventory management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and execute store workload effectively

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company operational standards

• Supervise the unloading and stocking of trucks

• Drive achievement of KPIs and manage team’s performance

• Oversee inventory management and shrink safety programs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Physical skills for lifting and moving heavy items
