In the Operations Manager position, you will support the Store Manager in executing store operations to achieve strategic goals. Your expertise in visual merchandising and safety practices will ensure compliance while enhancing customer service and team performance. Lead your team in meeting KPIs for an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in scheduling and planning store workload
• Manage inventory processes and merchandise operations
• Coach team members in performance management
• Promote visual merchandising and layout execution
• Engage customers positively as Manager on Duty
Requirements:
• Proven retail management experience
• Strong capability for heavy lifting and standing for long periods
• Knowledge of inventory and safety practices
• Commitment to outstanding customer interactions
• Background in custom framing is beneficial
