Lead with excellence as a Retail Assistant Team Leader, supporting management in daily store operations and delivering outstanding customer service in a structured environment.
In this role, you will assist in managing daily retail operations, including supervising staff and handling shipments. Your responsibilities will encompass stocking products, ensuring safety standards, and performing cash management duties. Demonstrating leadership and effective communication is essential for resolving customer issues and supporting the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily store operations and staff management
• Efficiently box and unbox shipments
• Stock shelves with products regularly
• Climb ladders to access all store areas
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
Requirements:
• One year of experience in retail
• At least one year in a supervisory role
• Flexible for day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
