Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries
• Resolve customer issues proactively and efficiently
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale
• Manage floor replenishment and store merchandising
• Communicate promotions and brand loyalty benefits to customers
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and engagement skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
