Store Manager – St John's, NL  Lead the Floor, Inspire the Team:
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Store Manager in the Retail Sector in St John's, Newfoundland. The Store Manager will take full ownership of store performance, people leadership, and customer experience. This role combines hands‑on operational management with team development in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will lead by example, ensure operational excellence, and drive results by maintaining strong visual standards, inventory accuracy, and a motivated, high‑performing team.
A Typical Day   Manage daily store operations to maximise sales, inventory availability, and visual presentation.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Store Associates.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently.
Plan and manage work schedules in line with budgeted hours and business needs.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive in-store experience.
Large focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising.
Successful Candidates Will Have   Demonstrate flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends.
Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment.
Show strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Exhibit confident leadership, communication, and team‑building abilities.
Bring a minimum of five years’ retail experience, including at least two years in a management role.
