In this vital role, you will report directly to the Store Manager, contributing significantly to staff training, performance management, and recruitment efforts. Your ability to adapt to various challenges and foster a positive, inclusive environment determines the store's success. You'll also be responsible for executing merchandising strategies and maintaining a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store performance aligned with company KPIs

• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling

• Execute merchandising strategies effectively

• Provide coaching and feedback to team members

• Foster communication with Store and District Managers

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months in a leadership role

• Proven team motivation skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Strong multitasking abilities

• Availability for evenings and weekends
