Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales and profit goals. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and implementing effective training and feedback programs for your team. Adaptability to changing environments will be key to maintaining a high standard of customer service while managing store policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align store performance with company objectives

• Manage operational practices and employee scheduling

• Implement merchandising strategies that elevate customer experience

• Coach team members to improve skills and performance

• Communicate effectively with management for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of leadership experience

• Ability to motivate a team towards goals

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Excellent multitasking skills in fast-paced settings

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
