Bulk Barn is looking for a Corporate Store Manager for their ST JOHN'S location. You will collaborate with District Managers, lead your store team, and drive performance metrics such as sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with company operating standards
• Lead and mentor the store team effectively
• Analyze business performance using internal reports
• Create strategic plans for improving operational efficiency
• Manage daily deposits and financial transactions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ retail management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with food retail environment is preferred
• Experience in handling cash and POS systems
• Must be able to lift 50lbs as needed
