Serve sports fans as a Lids Retail Sales Associate using customer service, product expertise, and clear communication in store.
Lids Sports Group retail salespeople help customers select headwear and apparel expressing team pride and personal style. You will deliver exceptional experiences, maintain product presentation, and understand Lids products and services. The work includes sales, inventory, visual standards, and point-of-sale activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue growth through customer service
Meet or exceed individual company statistics
Maintain signage, sales presentation, and store cleanliness
Process shipments and reset merchandise inventory
Operate point-of-sale systems and related software
Requirements:
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Maintain a professional appearance according to dress code
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Stand constantly and walk frequently during shifts
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Bring customer service, product knowledge, and professional communication to Lids retail sales while supporting store standards and inventory.
