Industrial Construction Specialist (ICS) – Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the company in the field, providing customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to end users.
• Visit a variety of end‑user job sites and tool cribs in the assigned region.
• Assist the Sales Team at distribution sales events; develop new contacts and close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users and the internal sales force.
• Coordinate and manage top customer purchasing initiatives.
• Support the distribution network with large‑user requirements.
• Engage in new business development within the assigned region.

• College or university graduate.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing with a record of demonstrated achievements and leadership.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
• Ability to work some weekends when needed.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creativity and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with computer software, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract.

• Annual base salary of $50,000–$60,000, with location‑based adjustments.
• Discretionary sales incentive bonus target equal to 15% of base salary; bonuses are subject to plan terms and are not guaranteed.
• Use of company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.
