Build RBC Insurance client relationships in St. John’s through wealth products, prospecting, and personalized life insurance planning.
This full-time Insurance Advisor role combines entrepreneurial sales with integrated advice for existing referrals and new RBC clients. You will understand changing needs, identify opportunities, and recommend Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, and Wealth solutions. Salesforce and compliant electronic tools support relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:- Connect with clients through discovery conversations
- Align insurance and financial advice with changing needs
- Meet clients conveniently through digital service
- Achieve individual goals while contributing to team sales
- Capitalize on approved centres of influence referrals
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent qualification
- HLLQP/LLQP license or willingness to complete before starting
- Goal-oriented business development and prospecting ability
- Professional sales experience with entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in French and English is an asset
