Represent Michael Hill at Avalon Mall by connecting with customers, supporting sales goals, and creating memorable jewellery shopping experiences. This is a part-time position.
As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to the success of Michael Hill’s Avalon Mall store in St. John’s. The work centres on exceptional, individualised customer service in a team environment. You will also support displays, presentation standards, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Connect with customers through exceptional service
- Help create lifetime memories in-store
- Achieve personal and team sales goals
- Maintain exceptional in-store displays
- Share existing jewellery knowledge with customers
- Experience working toward sales targets or KPIs
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Availability for public holidays
- Ability to bring passion to customer interactions
- Willingness to learn new knowledge
