The Security Division Lead Tactical Specialist manages daily operations of security staff under the Safety and Security Manager. Key responsibilities include maintaining emergency communications, responding to incidents, and training staff on security protocols. Your leadership will support safe school environments while addressing security-related issues and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities of school security staff

• Maintain emergency communication systems and mapping data

• Collaborate with school administrators on safety matters

• Report incidents and manage investigations with law enforcement

• Prepare detailed reports and records for assigned areas

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Two years experience supporting youth or in security roles

• Knowledge of safety procedures and investigative techniques

• Valid Washington State Driver's License

• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
