Responsibilities for Security Guard
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- After Hours access control
- Conduct Mobile security patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Vehicle operation on the facility grounds
- Address incidents or potential threats quickly
- Emergency response and notification
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Control access points and check identification
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Partner with authorities during serious situations
- Communication with city's designated representatives and emergency services
Qualifications for Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract
- First aid certification - required
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
