On-Site Life Skills Coach Position

Join a dedicated team as a Life Skills Coach, working on-site at community facilities to empower individuals. Utilize your expertise to implement life skills workshops and rehabilitation programs.
We are seeking an experienced Life Skills Coach for various settings, including group homes and rehabilitation centers. You will work with diverse populations, focusing on their reintegration and development needs. This role requires effective interpersonal skills and the ability to handle crisis situations while maintaining program statistics and assisting clients with their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess inmates’ adjustment problems through interviews
• Plan and implement life skills workshops
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Supervise client activities in group homes
• Refer clients to appropriate community services
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• ASIST and Mental Health First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Enhanced reliability security clearance
• Strong oral and written communication skills
