This casual position guarantees 40 hours biweekly and requires relevant educational qualifications, including diploma or degree in Child and Youth Care or a related field. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee care and supervision of youth in group homes
• Participate in life skills and recreational programs
• Provide crisis intervention and individual counseling
• Document youth progress and behavioral reports
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team
Requirements:
• Educational background in Child and Youth Care or similar
• Experience working directly with children and youth
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
• Hold a valid Driver’s License with vehicle access
• Clear all necessary background checks
