In this key role, you will bring over 15 years of software development expertise to enhance Lightspeed Retail's core system components. Your ability to mentor and guide teams will be essential as you promote best practices across engineering disciplines. With a focus on system performance and reliability, you will lead improvements that support business-critical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design scalable systems to handle new initiatives
• Analyze existing systems for efficiency improvements
• Develop plans to address recurring system issues
• Mentor engineers and conduct architectural deep-dives
• Champion improvements in overall system management
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in software development
• At least 5 years in a technical leadership role
• Experience managing architecture for large engineering teams
• Proven expertise in cloud-based systems development
• Excellent English communication skills
