Step into a Truck Driver Supervisor role with a focus on outdoor work and team supervision. This position emphasizes productivity, training, and resolving operational challenges effectively.
Successful candidates will hold a secondary school diploma or equivalent and possess 1 to 7 months of experience in the trucking industry. Daily tasks include preparing reports, supervising team activities, and coordinating schedules. You'll play a vital role in improving work methods and product quality for consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and supervise truck drivers and projects
• Recommend measures for productivity and quality improvements
• Prepare and analyze production reports and data
• Train new drivers or arrange necessary training
• Monitor signal and track switch control operations
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate or comparable experience
• Experience of 1-7 months in a relevant trucking environment
• Flexibility for varying work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong technical advice capabilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
