Logistics Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Location: St. John's

Take on the exciting role of Logistics Shipping and Receiving Specialist with the Canadian Armed Forces in beautiful Latvia. As part of a deployed team, you'll oversee all shipping and receiving tasks to support troop welfare.

This position requires managing incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently while maintaining organized storage. You’ll also work with vendors to apply loss prevention controls and assist in various troop activities. Your coordination efforts are vital to sustaining morale and readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of shipping and receiving logistics

• Maintain organized and clean merchandise storage

• Manage product loading and unloading processes

• Collaborate with vendors on security measures

• Facilitate troop activities for mental and physical readiness

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and Forklift certification

• Demonstrated experience in shipping logistics

• Competency in inventory management systems

• Ability to walk and lift heavy objects

• Canadian citizenship and a valid passport
