This position requires in-person collaboration up to five days a week. This arrangement is subject to change based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance on Boeing 787, 737 NG, 737 MAX, and De Havilland Dash 8‑400 (Q400) aircraft.

Diagnose and troubleshoot airframe, power plant, and flight control issues.

Ensure safety is a top priority and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with a fast‑paced, dynamic team.

Qualifications

Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License (M2 preferred).

Minimum 2 years’ experience and/or endorsement on Boeing 737/787 and/or Q400 or equivalent type of aircraft.

Technical aptitude with strong airframe, power plant, and flight control experience.

Legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian passport, permanent residency or open work permit).

Ability to obtain Radio Licence within 6 months of employment.

Physical ability to lift 62 lbs and sit, kneel, stand for extended periods.

Capacity to work in varied environmental conditions including temperature extremes, confined spaces, working at heights, and noisy workspace.

Positive fit test to wear all safety and protective equipment, including respirator apparatus.

Flexibility to work shift work (night shifts, weekends, holidays) and overtime.

Ability to travel for base coverage and rescue trips as required.

Strong computer skills using maintenance tracking programs and Microsoft Office.

Conditions of Employment

Obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) issued by Transport Canada.

Obtain and maintain Airside Vehicle Operator Permits (AVOP); valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract required.

Complete a pre‑employment assessment to measure physical ability and fitness, including audiometric testing.

Provide a clear police background and criminal record check.

Pass a pre‑employment alcohol and drug screening test.
