Advantage Personnel is hiring a Dockworker in St. John's, NL, offering $18.50/hr this role encompasses loading, unloading, and managing cargo in support of our warehouse operations.

As a Dockworker, you will be integral to maintaining operational efficiency in our fast-paced environment. Candidates should have three years of relevant warehouse experience, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Your role will include both independent tasks and collaborative efforts with fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles

• Break down pallets and prepare them for shipment

• Update and maintain customer files on computers

• Sort and organize products as needed

• Assist clients with high-quality customer service

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse setting

• Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• College training or equivalent experience is an asset

• Forklift Certification is a plus but not mandatory
