Job Summary:

Total Tire Distributors is seeking a dependable Warehouse Manager to build on our established reputation of integrity, dedication and service as a vital member of our team. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and supervision of the warehouse team members.

• Delegate workloads and follow up in a timely manner
• Participate in the recruitment and retention process
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the shipping and receiving of goods
• Actively participate in the daily tasks along side team members
• Maintain strong customer service expectations
• Maintain and monitor inventory control
• Comply with set policies and procedures
• Uphold and over see safety practices proactively
• Maintain and monitor delivery fleet and material handling equipment
• Review operational expenses
• Reporting KPI and using KPI as a tool to for continuous improvement in all aspects of operations

• Valid driverâs license
• 3 years experience running a warehouse, manufacturing plant
• Experience and ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, time management and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of warehouse operational practices

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
