We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. This position requires a strong foundation in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions under the supervision of a physician.
• Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring alignment with best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Provide health coaching to patients, promoting wellness and preventive care strategies.
• Educate patients and families about health management, treatment options, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using ICD-10 coding systems.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy to assist in procedures and patient education.

Qualifications

• Master?s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Experience working in a primary care setting with adults and children is highly desirable.
• Proficient understanding of ICD-10 coding systems for accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient care tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
