Field Supervisor

Care Runners EMS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team in Stockbridge, GA. In this role, you will oversee field operations, ensuring quality service delivery and effective team coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

• Supervise and coordinate daily field activities and personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to address any issues or concerns.
• Assist in scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks related to field operations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and troubleshoot operational problems in the field.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in EMS or related healthcare fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and personnel effectively.
• Knowledge of EMS protocols, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus.
