Welcome to Bee Kind ABA Therapy, where we're all about making a difference in the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services. Located in Stockbridge and Rex, GA, we are looking for a FULL-TIME Registered Behavior Technician to join our dedicated team.

Competitive pay range: $20 - $25 per hour.

Your workweek will be Monday through Friday, from 8 AM – 12 PM (DAYCRE) and 2 PM – 6 PM (DAYCARE), working with two clients. No weekend work required.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Your mornings and afternoons will involve engaging, enjoyable sessions tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You will collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development.

• Valid RBT certification or willingness to earn the RBT certification within 30 days
• Experience as an RBT/BT
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients
• Advanced degrees (associate, bachelor’s, or higher) are encouraged
