Overview
Schedule for this position is 5 AM 5:30 PM, Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Responsibilities- Performs venipunctures, and obtains/prepares blood specimens in accordance with Piedmont policies and procedures.
- Minimum
Education Required:
High School graduate or GED - Minimum Experience
Required:
Entry Level - Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law: None
- One (1) year of experience as a phlebotomist preferred
- Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of venipuncture/phlebotomy is preferred.
- Experience working in a hospital preferred.
