Criminal Defense Attorney

We are seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney, licensed in the State of Georgia, with at least 2 years of experience, including motion practice experience, who is passionate about helping people.

Our forward-thinking law firm is poised for aggressive growth, and we’re looking for an attorney who can hit the ground running to give clients outstanding representation. Ideal candidates have 2 or more years of experience in criminal law or strong litigation experience and can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.

We are looking for a team player willing to take ownership of a client’s case, including direct contact with clients and opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting investigations, arguing motions, pretrial hearings, and trials. You will need to have strong skills in the following areas: research, writing, courtroom presentation, and common technology.

Skills and experience are appreciated and valued, and certainly considered, but your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also extremely important considerations.

Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. We offer paid time off, pay for continuing legal education, bar dues, and E&O insurance.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
