Stamping Press Operator

We are seeking a highly experienced, skilled, and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. • Operate stamping presses and related machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality parts.
• Set up and adjust equipment according to specifications and production requirements.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

• Proven experience as a stamping press operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong understanding of press operation, setup, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.

• Proven experience operating industrial presses.
• Mechanical knowledge related to machining, fabrication, tooling setup, welding, and materials handling.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers for quality control purposes.
• Experience with factory operations involving assembly lines, packaging processes, or warehouse activities is preferred.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable.
