Charge Nurse - ICU, PT, Nights – Piedmont Henry Hospital

We are a 24‑bed Medical/Surgical, fast‑paced, high‑acuity Intensive Care Unit staffed 24/7 by Critical Care Intensivists/APPs, Registered Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, and Patient Care Technicians. Typical nurse‑to‑patient ratio is 1:2 to 1:3.

• Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Address operational issues during your shift and provide clinical care as needed based on census demands.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leaders.
• Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
• Manage complex ICU conditions, including sepsis, multi‑system organ failure, CRRT, TTM, advanced invasive/hemodynamic monitoring, arterial lines, central venous catheters, intra‑aortic balloon pumps, Impella, vasopressor titration, continuous paralytics, BIS/TOF monitoring, pacemaker management, advanced respiratory support, post‑PCI care, acute stroke care with alteplase, shock management, neurosurgical patient care, ARDS prone therapy, and more.

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required.
• Current license in the state of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred:
  Two or more years of nursing experience, Bachelor’s degree, advanced specialty certification, and demonstrated clinical competency.

Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 and competitive hourly wage.

Part‑time nights shift. Works in a 24‑bed ICU with a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:2 to 1:3.
