Charge Nurse - Med Surg, Nights
Coordinates delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through lifecycle and handles shift operational issues.
Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 available.
Responsibilities- Deliver quality nursing care for patients from birth through lifecycle.
- Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
- Communicate patient care, departmental issues, staff concerns to appropriate leaders.
- Serve as resource for guidance and assistance to staff.
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- One year of hospital nursing experience required.
- Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
- BLS certification required.
- Preferred: two or more years of hospital nursing experience, Bachelor's degree, advanced specialty certification.
