Job Opening:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Pediatric Home Patients

Location: Ellenwood, GA, Stockbridge, GA
Pay: $30 to $33 per hour
Employment Type: Part‑Time, approximately 20 hours per week

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support pediatric patients in a home care setting. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality, family‑centered care to children in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to care
• Assist with medical equipment and ensure safe usage in the home
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in patient status
• Educate families on daily care routines, medications, and safety practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record systems
• Create a supportive, calm, and nurturing environment for pediatric patients
• Adhere to all state regulations, agency policies, and healthcare standards

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia, required
• At least one year of pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical and observational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and care teams
• Current CPR certification required
• Experience in home health or private duty nursing is a plus
• Comfortable using electronic documentation systems
