ResponsibilitiesResponsible for:
- Coordinating the delivery of comprehensive nursing care across all age groups.
- Managing operational issues during shifts and providing clinical care as needed based on patient census.
- Communicating patient care details, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership.
- Serving as a resource for guidance and support to nursing staff.
Minimum Education: Graduate of a nursing program.
Minimum Experience: One year of hospital nursing experience required; two or more years preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Current Georgia RN license or multistate license and BLS certification.
Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and advanced specialty certification preferred. Demonstrated clinical competency essential.
