Role:
Staff Nurse providing comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities:Maintain standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure quality nursing care within organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
Qualifications:- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred)
- Valid Georgia RN licensure or multistate license
- BCLS certification required
- Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, Certified Dialysis Nurse)
- New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred
Strong assessment and care coordination skills, adherence to safety standards, ability to obtain and maintain required certifications, and commitment to professional development.
