Provides comprehensive nursing care across various hospital units, coordinating patient care, addressing operational issues, and serving as a resource for staff.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinates delivery of quality care from birth through the lifecycle, communicates patient and departmental updates, and supports staff guidance and assistance.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing school;
Bachelor's preferred. - Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ preferred.
- Valid RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure.
- Certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and additional specialty certifications based on unit.
Collects and analyzes patient data, develops and implements individualized care plans, coordinates care delivery, promotes safety, practices ethically, and collaborates with stakeholders. Leadership, ongoing education, evidence-based practice, and environmental safety are emphasized.
