MCO Homecare Services LLC is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to provide authorized in-home nursing assessments, supervisory visits, and skilled nursing services throughout McDonough and surrounding communities.

• Surrounding Henry, Clayton, Spalding, Newton, and DeKalb County communities

• Complete initial and follow-up nursing assessments
• Perform authorized supervisory and skilled nursing visits
• Review clients' health status, medications, safety needs, and care requirements
• Develop, review, or update nursing documentation and care information as assigned
• Perform authorized wound care and dressing changes within the RN's competency
• Monitor clients' conditions and report significant changes promptly
• Coordinate with clients, families, caregivers, agency staff, and authorized healthcare professionals
• Provide client and caregiver education as appropriate
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within agency deadlines
• Use Well Sky for electronic visit verification and documentation
• Follow physician orders, approved plans of care, agency policies, HIPAA requirements, and infection-control standards

• Current, unrestricted Georgia RN license or qualifying multistate RN license
• Relevant nursing, home-care, or home-health experience
• Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
• Current TB clearance
• Current physical or health clearance
• Professional liability insurance
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes
• Ability to pass required background and employment screenings
• Ability to work independently and complete timely clinical documentation

• Experience completing home-care assessments and supervisory visits
• Wound-care experience
• Geriatric, dementia, hospice, chronic-care, or post-discharge experience
• Experience with Well Sky or another electronic visit-verification system

• Current city or general service area
• Georgia or multistate RN license status
• Home-care assessment and wound-care experience

This is a per-visit opportunity for current and anticipated home-care needs. Specific assignments, schedules, visits, and weekly compensation are not guaranteed. Assignments depend on client needs, service authorization, applicant availability, verified competency, completed credentialing, and final agency approval.
